I was looking for a car and have owned a Toyota Avalon. I saw an '11 online offered by Metro Toyota. When I called w/some questions abt it, I spoke to Jordan Simpson. My husband and I drove over to Kalamzoo and met Jordan and test drove the car. It was great and the price was fair. We enjoyed the experience and felt confidence in Jordan. He was not high pressure and seemed to be so genuine. I would recommend this dealership. More

My wife and I had spent all day with our sons, shopping for a car to replace her Chrysler Le baron. Boy were we surprised when Ted Shipp greeted us in the lot and was more than willing to work with us and our price range and did everything in his power to make us happy. The greatest part about our experience was the fact that Ted understood that we were going on vacation the following week, and stayed in contact with us about the car the whole time. He even tried to get the car from the detailer's for us to look at before we left. When it came to working with Jon Griffith, we could not have been happier. He worked with us and our bank to get all of the financing done the way we wanted to and was in constant contact with us and our Credit Union. You have two wonderful employees in Tedd Shipp and Jon Griffith. They put us first, and made us feel that our wishes were the most important part of the deal. My wife and I will not hesitate to recommend your dealership or Tedd and Jon to anyone we know that is looking for a car in the future. Tedd went the extra mile for me. I was a car salesman's worst nightmare...picky, fussy, changed my mind. But Tedd was one of the few who stuck with me. I have been looking for another car since March of this year. When I drove onto the Metro Used car lot I was greeted by Don Leitow. When I explained what I was looking for he promptly showed me several c year. When I drove onto the Metro Used car lot I was greeted by Don Leitow. I told him I wished to think about it over the weekend and I or him should make contact at 9:15 AM Monday. I went back Saturday at 2:20 PM because I was given the wrong carfax. Another sales person provided the right one. I went back Sunday afternoon to look at the car again. The car was not there. When Don called Monday AM I asked where was the car. He didn't know but would find out and get back to me. Within the hour he had the answer as to where the car was. He could have made up a story, but he told me the truth. I came in and signed the paperwork and picked up the car the next day when the car was returned from Grand Rapids. No pressure what so ever. More
