I just purchased a used car from Metro Toyota and had the best experience ever. Compared to other local dealerships, Metro was extremely professional and courteous. The price was on the high end for the vehicle, but was well worth it in the end to have a hassle free car buying experience. By far a seamless process. I drove over 3 hours to purchase a used vehicle that I saw online and was told several times how much my drive was appreciated. Our car was totaled a few months back when a car slid into us at an intersection when trying to make a turn. Long story short, we got our belongings out of our car and on the way home we decided to stop into us at an intersection when trying to make a turn. Dan Taylor came over to us and asked if he could be of any help, and my answer to him was "probably not". I explained to Dan that our car had just been totaled and we did not expect to find a car that we could afford and have it be a dependable vehicle at the same time. Dan had a car in mind for us right away, and I really did not expect to see such a nice vehicle at such an affordable price. Dan made it possible for us to purchase this great car at an affordable price. We just recently went back to talk to Dan about needing a dependable car for my daughter. She attends a university in Lynchburg Virginia and I again wanted to make sure she had a very dependable car to get around in. Dan went our of his way to keep us in mind and called us with potential vehicles. Dan was able to come across a very dependable vehicle that my daughter was able to afford. Metro Toyota does a great job of going over the used cars to make sure they are in good shape for the customers. I have high respect for the customer care that I received from Metro Toyota. I was driving through used car lots looking for a perticular truck. I came across a truck at Metro Toyota that fit the criteria that i was looking for but the truck had a list price that was more tha perticular truck. Ken Karakula approched me and started talking about the truck. Through out the conversation,I did not feel any presure and decided to test drive while Ken wrote up a price quote. After the test drive I really liked the truck and even thougth Ken lowered the price of this truck, it was still above my budget. I left information with Jon Griffith, financing manager, to see what kind of financing I could get and went home to consult with my wife. Throughout that day, Ken and Jon worked hard on multiple options until they were able to get a deal that worked for us and our monthly budget. My wife and I wre happy with the final quote and decided to purchase this truck. Both Ken and Jon were at the dealership late that evening to accomidate my family getting back to town. Those guys had everything ready making the delivery of the truck quick and I left the dealership 30 minutes later with a clean truck, fresh oil change, and full tank of gas. I have purchased many cars and trucks from many dealerships. This purchase was the easiest and most comfortable I have had. I highly recomend these guys and next time I am looking for a car or truck, I will definatly stop in and see what Metro Toyota has to offer. More
