We test drove multiple mini-vans at other dealerships and 3 "for sale by owner" mini-vans, and Tedd and Ken about the cars and features, good value. I found two used Rav4's online for sale at Metro Toyota. I had just lost out on one in the Lansing area on Saturday, and decided to drive to Kalamazoo (1 1/2 hours) early Monday morning. I emailed the deal I had just lost out on one in the Lansing area on Saturday, and decided to drive to Kalamazoo (1 1/2 hours) early Monday morning. I emailed the dealer on Sunday about my intentions, and was amazed I got an email response from Ken Karakula on a Sunday. I drove there Monday morning, arrived around 9:20am, and Ken told me the specific Rav4 I came for was already purchased. Now, in shock, (this was the 4th Rav4 I wanted to buy and was gone), we went outside to see what else was out there. Ken looked around the lot and found the second Rav4 I had been interested in. I put a deposit down Monday morning, and picked my car up Tuesday morning. I am absolutely thrilled and Ken was great at getting all my necessary title, insurance calls and paperwork in order. I didn't have to do anything, which was incredible. Thank you, Metro Toyota, for a great car buying experience! More
