After 5 hours of being on the internet and phone and numerous let downs I ended up talking to Ken Karakula with Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo, MI. He was very helpful and we were able to come to a very reasonable, tentative deal. The following day I drove 5 hours to meet with Ken and finalize our tentative agreement. Everything went well, I traded in my vehicle and drove home in my newly purchased RAV4. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would highly recommend Ken and Metro Toyota to anyone.
