We deeply regret that the pre-delivery service was not performed for this guest properly prior to delivery. This customer's comments helped us identify a problem with our pre-delivery process in regard to some factory acquired vehicles with existing miles. This particular new vehicle had 9474 miles at delivery, and it should have had the 10000 mile service performed before they picked it up. We have been in contact with the customer, apologized for our mistake, and have taken steps to rectify their concerns. Metro Toyota would like to thank this guest publicly for allowing us the opportunity to make things right.
