Worked with Connor. We were happy to have inquired at just the right time to find a sienna XLE. However, due to years long production bottlenecks at Toyota (who STILL don't have enough chips to produce enough vehicles to meet demand) we still have only one key for our new 6 month old vehicle. Having one key is obviously a hassle for the customer. Also, we worked with Connor to have a trailer hitch installed and they forgot to install the wiring harness so we can't tow until I install it myself. For the price we paid for the hitch, I assumed that they would install the wiring harness so we could actually use the hitch. Doesn't sit well with the customer who just paid over $50k for a vehicle which was pre built without any of our specs. Overall, I am unimpressed with Metro Toyota and with all the ridiculous (and unnecessary) technology used on new vehicles that will only increase the cost of maintenance. Again, they chose to save a chip on only giving the customer one key because they use all their chips for the power gadgets. I think this will be our last Toyota as our 2009 sienna was only worth $500 trade in at Metro Toyota which is also the worst resale value I've experienced with any vehicle! More

Metro Toyota Service Dept. just lost a customer. I had a $102 oil change at Metro this morning. I've never paid that much for an oil change before...anywhere! When I questioned just lost a customer. I tried to use a coupon card for $20 off and the attendant required that I use a coupon for $10 off because "the other card still had time until expiration." It expires in 11 days. I won't be back to Metro in 11 days. You all are better than this. More

Just bought brand new rav4 for my wife. The entire infotainment unit immediately acted up. Went completely dark at times. Cut off phone calls. All kinds of problems. They had her go in multiple times and sit there for hours. Then they'd say they couldn't get it to do anything, so they couldn't fix it. Also told her she would need a new iphone because her iphone 8 was too old. Of course, no mention of this before we spent $40,000 on the car. They charge $169.99 per hour for labor, but apparently my wife's time is worthless. So after the 3rd time, I went in to help her because they were xxxxxxx her around bigtime. The guy told me she would need a new phone and they wouldn't fix it. I told him that was xxxxxxxx. Now they say they won't even work with us unless I go in to apologize for being mean to the man when he told me we needed a new $1000 phone to use the radio on a brand new car. More

I inquired about a Highlander and asked the sales rep. if there is a new model change happening this Sept. He said definitely not.. Toyota won't release a new model this year etc...
