I took my car for it's first oil change today. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I received the best customer service. The service department was informative when I arrived and the oil chane moment I arrived to the moment I left, I received the best customer service. The service department was informative when I arrived and the oil chane was done quickly plus I got a car wash. 3 different workers came up to me and asked me how I was doing and how I liked my car. I've never recieved service like this at any other dealships I've been to in the past. I'll be taking my car to Metro Nissan for all service from now on. I'm a stickler for good customer service and Metro Nissan did not dissapoint. I give them 5 stars!! More

Went in there for getting new brakes and couple of other small things. They took the car right in for checkup and called me later to give detailed explanation and cost breakup.
