Went to the dealer for used maxima. Right from walkin, the employees were very helpful. They had lot of cars to choose from and in pretty good conditions. Patty Salinas met with us, and made us feel very welcome at Metro Nissan Montclair. She made me feel at home, just like if I were in New Orleans my hometown. We were suppose to met with Mr. Ruell, but un at Metro Nissan Montclair. She made me feel at home, just like if I were in New Orleans my hometown. Patty is an excellent sales lady. She explained about the 370Z and we took a drive. Once I purchase my 2010 370Z Patty explained everything on the vehicle, and she answered all my questions. Went in there for getting new brakes and couple of other small things. They took the car right in for checkup and called me later to give detailed explanation and cost breakup. I came in and was looking for a used altima. I was approached by Patty as I came on the lot. She showed me about 4 different altimas and I wound up purchasing a used altima and have been very happy wi approached by Patty as I came on the lot. My experience at the dealership wasn't like the other times that I have purchased a car. It went fast and courteous. Financing was straight and to the point. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I have in the past. I have also already taken my car in for a service and the guy that helped me was fair on the pricing I guess. Just maintenance is quite expensive now a days. Thank you for being good to me and I will be back. More

Purchased a used 2008 Xterra with 4000 miles. Returned it for service 9+ times. Was offered a rental back in January for service under warranty and received a bill for it in August for non payment by Montcla for service 9+ times. Was offered a rental back in January for service under warranty and received a bill for it in August for non payment by Montclair Nissan and have been sent to collections. Multiple calls to dealer resulted in no action as well as to Nissan USA. Xterra was eventually bought back by Nissan USA. I had to pay the rental fees to avoid credit reporting problems. This dealership is worthless. More
