Justin was awesome from the start and he was truly ready to help and make sure that I got what I needed and wanted in a car. His manager whom he handed it off to I believe it was Julio, was honest till the to help and make sure that I got what I needed and wanted in a car. His manager whom he handed it off to I believe it was Julio, was honest till the paperwork came up then he had every deceptive way get over on the customer to nickel and dime them. There were things listed under optional charges like a paint/windshield protection plan for 800 bucks that they refused to take off and a gps unit that it's not necessary for anyone coming in with great credit which was 1500. I took a picture and sent this to the better business bureau so the finance manager Jay was nervous. Jay even tried 6x to sell me an additional overlapping warranties and the"power train warranty" that's still on the car from the original purchase which Julio started 2x was supposed to have no deductible all of a sudden was changed to 100 bucks since I declined the other additional overlapping warranties. I'm not saying there aren't others doing this but the sales manager Julio was not straight up and became upset when I questioned all the xx charges. Justin was a stand up guy and was upfront and honest! If not for him doing his best I'd walked away. They did get a better interest rate that the one I came in with so that was a business decision I made to go through with this, but I have pictures of the documents so I'm doing to see what actually goes to the lender and I will compare and send over to the DMV, lender, and BBB. Stop shady tactics! You can't force "additional / optional" items into your customers to make a buck!!! Justin, sick in there and show them honesty goes a long way. If they come up with the deal didn't go through all of a sudden then I know it's retaliation and my counsel will get this ASAP, also my spouse is a regional supervisor for the STATE of CA, so it won't be a good look.bThe DEAL Is a 7/10, car 9/10, Justin 8/10, Jay and Julio 5/10, Metro Nissan 7/10, and other service 8/10..... So the entire experience was not bad at all and I know you could come here and get a decent deal. More
