Not sure where to begin but I have so much positive feedback about Metro Nissan Ontario. I have been going there for years for service on my vehicle and Sergio is the absolute best. My end of lease was feedback about Metro Nissan Ontario. I have been going there for years for service on my vehicle and Sergio is the absolute best. My end of lease was coming up soon and I started getting these very nice emails from Justin Apadoca introducing himself to me and letting me know he was there to help me out in anyway he can. To be honest I still had sometime and I wasn’t sure where I was going to go or what I wanted next in a vehicle. Well the emails kept coming from Justin with encouraging messages to just come in and see him to see what’s available and how he can help me. So I decided I should go and meet this Justin who just kept checking with me to see if he could help me out. Much to my surprise I encountered a very pleasant, nice and professional young man. He spent sometime asking me what I was looking for and was I thinking of a purchase or a lease. After spending sometime with me patiently answering all my questions I knew I wanted to either lease or purchase with Justin. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable and interested in what I wanted and by pass all the Salesman Hype! After I finally made a decision Julio came in and introduced himself to me and I believe he was the Sales Manager. Well I started to think this was going to be the pressure cooking tactic to sell a vehicle ! Well once again much to my surprise this did not happen. We had an honest conversation together to try to come up with what would work for both of us. I have bought and leased many vehicles in my lifetime. I am well into my senior years and I was blown away with the integrity of this dealership. I just wanted to add I know times are tuff for everyone right now. The consumer along with businesses that are just trying to exist. I spent most of the day at Metro Nissan yesterday and I honestly felt they were trying to take care of me along with the dealership. It was a wonderful feeling. And the frosting on the cake was when we all agree and you’re off to Finance! Just when I thought nothing better could happen I met Patty ! She was a delight, very efficient and pleasant on top of it all. Here’s to a Fantastic Team at Metro Nissan ! Thanks Again for making this such a wonderful experience.
