Very disappointing experience, specifically with Tito in finance and Luis in sales. We worked on a deal for 5 days. In the 4th and 5th day they were supposed to meet and deliver the vehicle to only find out finance and Luis in sales. We worked on a deal for 5 days. In the 4th and 5th day they were supposed to meet and deliver the vehicle to only find out the vehicle was not actually available. I also asked multiple times to preview the paperwork in which I was told they would send it. Never sent the paperwork. Both days when it got close to time to meet, communication slowed way down. Better and more honest communication would have been appreciated. Tito even bragged at one point how great he is at his job which came off very unprofessional. I have bought many vehicles and have never felt something was such a scam. Thankfully I went with Sewell of Dallas and within 24 hours I had a great vehicle without all the drama! More
