I appreciated the friendly welcome and attention to my requests by Otis. I also appreciated communication regarding estimates on possible future repairs that Jeffrey provided to me and that he noticed th requests by Otis. I also appreciated communication regarding estimates on possible future repairs that Jeffrey provided to me and that he noticed that I had been overcharged on my tire rotation and corrected that. He also provided a money saving option on my exhaust system if I should need a repair. This gave me more confidence in continuing to take my aging car to my dealership, rather than going to a local auto shop suggested by my friends. Christian was very patient and knowledgeable in setting up my Bluetooth and demonstrating different features with the GPS system. More
