Terry was the only person at the dealership who seemed genuinely interested in helping me with the dilemma I had at the dealership, and she wasn’t even my salesperson.On 3/9/22, I brought my vehicle to th genuinely interested in helping me with the dilemma I had at the dealership, and she wasn’t even my salesperson.On 3/9/22, I brought my vehicle to the Dealership to have the Smartshield process applied that was paid for when I bought the vehicle in January 2022. The Dealership was thoughtful enough to call me and inform me of same. I live in Michigan and drove to Ohio. I informed Dealership of same and inquired about some type of reimbursement for gas. I also had to stay overnight, as I was informed the car needed to sit, as the Smartshield process would make the smell too strong to drive right away. I spoke with three people at the Dealership, with each person indicating they would call me back with an answer. No one ever called back. I drove to the Dealership a couple of days later. I spoke with two workers at the Dealership, who informed me they would talk to someone about my problem. No one ever came back, including the individuals who informed me that would get someone. After approximately twenty minutes, I informed the receptionist that they must want me to go away.. After hearing my problem while sitting at her desk, Terry came and helped me with my problem. The next day I came back to the Dealership to get my car. It looked good on the surface. However, when I got back home I noticed several scratches and paint bubbles on the car that were not previously there. Especially above and below the Lexus emblem on the trunk. I called back and informed someone in Service of what happened. He informed me he would forward my message to the Service Mgr., who wasn’t there that week. He hasn’t had a chance to address my problem as of yet, as I am writing the review the same day I received the vehicle from the Service Department. More
