Lazy and Incompetent I had my wife test drive the Odyssey on Thursday and she loved the car and the salesperson James did a good job explaining all of the features to her. On Friday I sent an email and text to James at 7:30pm asking if he can provide a quote and if they do online credit applications. Instead of calling me or emailing me back he calls my wife by accident at 8:54pm while she was out enjoying her evening and asked if we received an email from Karina. She said we didn't (because she has access to my email account in her phone) and that was the end of their conversation. The next day he sends a follow up email at 9pm first with a blank email then 10pm with a response and by that time we already purchased the vehicle and I kindly told him that he was too late. Now Sunday rolls by and this is the message I receive "I spoke to your wife the same day I got ur email but oh well you could have save more money if you brought me the quote from the other dealership. and also Karina sent you a credit application over email the same day you sent us ur email so idk how fast you wanted us to respond back to you." I guess Metro Honda is open at night and I rudely let him know that we won't be stopping by at Christmas time to buy our second car. More

Joseph King in the Service Department I recently took my Honda Civic Hybrid 2007, to Metro Honda, where I had purchased it, and was pleasantly greeted by Joseph King. I told him that I was I recently took my Honda Civic Hybrid 2007, to Metro Honda, where I had purchased it, and was pleasantly greeted by Joseph King. I told him that I was going on a long trip the following week, and that I wanted to be sure that my car was ready for its journey, Mr. King was very helpful, and got me into service right away. Joseph also told me that I should use Metro's Shuttle Service, back and forth to my home while my car was being serviced, as it would take a couple of hours. Joseph called me promptly, when my car was finished, and sent the shuttle to pick me up right away. I would definitely recommend Joseph King, when you take your car to be serviced at Metro Honda, His smiling face, and helpful, and caring attitude are greatly appreciated, More
