Service made appointment, got there and then came tome stating coupon, did not have parts. Had to come back next day at 1pm, said wasn't enough time and was going to have to come back again but last min stating coupon, did not have parts. I only drove to home and back and they charged my credit card $2.and change for gas. More

oil changes are easy, finding the cause of problems is not so good. examine the vehicle before offering a backyard mechanics view. even a poor doctor still looks into issues before jumping to conclusions not so good. examine the vehicle before offering a backyard mechanics view. even a poor doctor still looks into issues before jumping to conclusions on the problem. you didn't make the vehicle, but you represent the company that did! poor engine performance is a reflection on the service that didn't take the time to see if there is really something wrong. would you go back for service if the only answer given is the seasonal gas. shame on you! I had my new Escape only a week or so and had a problem with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. It was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to come back to Metro (1.45 hour drive f with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. It was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to come back to Metro (1.45 hour drive for me 1 way) for something I feel should have been checked out before I drove out of the dealership. This is the 4th or 5th Escape I've leased from Metro and expected something more than an apology for my time and having to put another 150 miles in my new lease. More
