Worst customer service a person could ask for, had my car for 6 days, never called me once, gave car back exactly as I brought it in yet they claimed to have fixed it…they don’t like people who have a little for 6 days, never called me once, gave car back exactly as I brought it in yet they claimed to have fixed it…they don’t like people who have a little knowledge about cars. I think they do a great job and are honest. I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. After at least an hour of testing- after little to no waiting for it to be I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. I had no problems with battery or charging system after that, so I figured it must have been at lower than full charge, earlier, from not being run for a while. More
