They wanted to make sure I got the right set of tires based on how I used my truck and also wanted to be sensitive to my budget. My vehicle was taken back promptly and the tires were installed as promised. The team at Metro also even took the time to apply for the manafacturer rebates on my behalf. More

Metro Ford prices were less expensive than other body shops or truck accessories dealers. Paul in the body shop did the work on my truck and then washed it for me and came out and talked to me and explained what he had done and how they were attached. This made me feel like part of the ford family. Then on top of that, General Manager Bill Thorpe came to talk to me to make sure I was happy with my experience from the body shop. Again feeling like part of a big family at Metro Ford. More
