They did give me a very timely ride to work which I appreciated, but I still had to find a ride bsck. More

State Inspection I love being able to drive in, leave my Escape and get a ride to work when I have service or even just state inspection to be done. Because my RV is so old (1989) they no longer made the part needed, after Metro searches junk yards with no luck they found a place in CA to rebuild my part. They handled all the back and forth and got my RV up and running for my summer enjoyment. Gerry kept in great contact to keep me informed! More
disappointed & frustrated Went in for a oil change on 7-3-18 @ 830-900, was told I was due for a 30,000 mi svc. But they were way too busy and would be 4-5 hr wait. Was asked i Went in for a oil change on 7-3-18 @ 830-900, was told I was due for a 30,000 mi svc. But they were way too busy and would be 4-5 hr wait. Was asked if I could come back @ 1-130, there schedule was clear and would be no problem. So, I came back again at 100, thinking maybe an hour wait. Nope, 3.5 hrs later, my car was done, or so i thought. I drove home and noticed something hanging from the under the car in the front. I crawled under and the cover to my oil filter was not screwed in and was hanging by 1 screw. So I unscrewed it . Same day, went to use my windshield wiper fluid and nothing would come out. Funny how it worked fine before I dropped my car off. So I called Metro Ford on 7-5-18 and told Dan in Service what happened, he's told me I could bring it in at 9am. Ok, here we go again, I show up at 9, gave Dan the part that wasn't screwed in and told him about the wiper fluid not working. He told me they were very busy and would be a long wait. So I was not happy and asked for a ride home. The courier drove my home by 10. I got a call from Dan at 1015 telling me my car was ready.......really !! This is not the first time I have had poor experiences with Metro Ford. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the whole service department . I am looking elsewhere to get my car serviced. More

I brought the vehicle in the next day and the immediately buffed the area and installed the new decal. Excellent service! More
Key issue They seem pretty organized a dealership but they didn't remind me to leave them my key. Pull it up and go sign in at the desk , they said so i did.. But noone reminded me about tge key so i wasted 2 hrs on the hottest day of the year.. my fault the phone wasnt on but they shoukd remind customers about the key...but i still like the dealership More
