PURCHASED TIRES I purchased four new tires and dealt with Roger Gordon. He was very uncourteous, informed me about the incorrect rebate amount and would not price mat I purchased four new tires and dealt with Roger Gordon. He was very uncourteous, informed me about the incorrect rebate amount and would not price match without a extremely detailed breakdown of prices from another competitor which is ridiculous because he himself would not even give me a complete breakdown of the charges I was receiving service on. He did not inform me of the tire rotation policy until I asked about it as well as the puncture warranty. The floor mats, steering wheel and dash had dirt/grime on it when I got it back. The service provided was very poor, the front driver's side tire was flat within a few days of service leaving me stranded in Albany. When I eventually brought the vehicle back to be fixed, I told Roger that the other three tires were slowly leaking and the front was completely flat. The problem was a "faulty valve stem" and mentioned nothing about checking the other tires, no apology and again very uncommunicative. I've had these tires for 12 days and I've already had to fill them with air twice. I will have to go back and get them checked again. More

I expect they should have realized this after the paint dried so I shouldn’t have been inconvenienced expecting my car to be done. Maybe they were hoping I didn’t notice? They kept it a few more days and the paint looked better. I hadn’t noticed a couple places where the bumped wasn’t completely pushed together sand my boyfriend noticed where the bumper and grill weren’t snapped together. More
