Brought in for 20,000 mile service. I was met by Don Eden who was friendly and explained the servicing to be done and answered my questions. During the servicing, a small screw was foun I was met by Don Eden who was friendly and explained the servicing to be done and answered my questions. During the servicing, a small screw was found in a tire which was repaired. I left with a warm feeling that all work had been done well and I am set for another 5000 miles. More

They didn't fix the main issue we brought the car in for. We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking me We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking mechanism that wasn't working. It wouldn't unlock using the fob or the unlock mechanism on the door, so the door had to be opened by someone already inside the car using the handle. They showed a -0- charge on the invoice for the lock repair, which we initially thought was great, but then quickly realized they hadn't even addressed it. Now we have to make a second appointment, which is very difficult given our schedules. Not the best experience this time around. More
