JT was cocky and told me he could only get me 22% APR ? ? Saratoga Toyota got me 11% through M&T bank. I also paid $3k less for the same car (2019 Jetta with approx 50k miles). This is my second time bringing two vehicles to Metro Ford. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor I was disappointed with the condition that my brand new vehicle c Ford. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor I was disappointed with the condition that my brand new vehicle came back to me with Steering wheel was dirty from the mechanic Door sill was scuffed with dirt Tire pressure was not balanced on all four tires I had one tire that was replaced I had a driver side speaker problem After testing the audio system, they didn’t put it back to normal settings. I experience the lack of thoughtfulness, and the five star customer service I was expecting. I hope that this review will help to improve the service department. More
