I was not going to comment on your dealership but you keep asking so here it is. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the start, your sales service was terrible, I was willing to deal with that keep asking so here it is. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the start, your sales service was terrible, I was willing to deal with that because you had vehicle I wanted. Your staff tried to low ball me on my trade, I ended up walking out, then complained via email and was contacted from a higher up and given a deal I could live with. Returned to close deal with same salesman that love balled me. As the deal was being done your people tried to slide an extended warrenty on to my loan and add more time to my loan pay off. Then on day of pick up I was told only the rear plate could be put on because there was no front plate bracket( I,m from Mass, need both plates) I said I needed both plates, he said the he could drill holes in bumper if I wanted, I said no. Then your dealership said the salesman had to follow me back to Mass to RMV to do paperwork, I tried I explain, since I had done it before, that I had the insurance binder on new vehicle that I could rive new car back with paperwork and do it all myself, nope. So he followed me back to Mass, me driving new vehicle with dealer plate him in my trade. About an hour later we were in RMV and he was missing a paper that was needed to finish transfer, so after trying to get it faxxed ( evidently someone in your employ had gone golfing for day) the salesman had it emailed to me at which point I had to go home and print it and your salesman drove off to NY and I printed out paper went back to RMV and finished paperwork by myself and had to wait a day until you people paid all the fees. The next day I emailed salesman about some covers for removable tops he had told me were included with vehicle, he said whatever was in vehicle is what it came with, whatever at that point I had enough of you people. Later that day I found original window sticker in glovebox and on it was bags for tops and a front plate bracket, I knew then I was done with you people, Your a Ford dealership and you can’t find me a front plate bracket, I got one in Amazon next day for $30.00. So I am very satisfied with vehicle but I will never deal with your dealership again and I,m sharing with everyone here in Maas More
