1st time in with my F250 the tech didn’t remove the old o ring from the oil filter during the oil change. New Oil filter leaked and soaked the undercarriage of my truck. 2nd visit this Tuesday for an oil cha ring from the oil filter during the oil change. New Oil filter leaked and soaked the undercarriage of my truck. 2nd visit this Tuesday for an oil change, I paid for a tire rotation. “New Tech” didn’t torque lug nuts to the required 165 foot pounds. He never even used any torque wrench. I left traveling to Tulsa now with a bad vibration and worried of a wheel leaving the truck on the turnpike. More

I never have any issues when I take my car in for an oil change. The only reason I gave four stars was because it took an hour for my appointment. I made an online appointment for 11:00. When I arrived I was ask if I had an appointment I said yes I made it online, Denise so oh, it will be a bit I have a few cars in front of you. I however did not expect it to take 3 hours. I normally drop it off on Saturday and that is what I should of done this time. If you can not take care of a costumer in a reasonable time say it may be better if you come back in a few hours. More

And contact me before I got my 8 month old out of the house. Just for me to get their and after getting her out of the car and less than 5 minutes later getting her back in the car and going home.
