The worst costumer service of my life I purchased a 2012 F-150 at this dealership. They made it seem like the greatest truck they had on their lot. They neglected to mention the major hail I purchased a 2012 F-150 at this dealership. They made it seem like the greatest truck they had on their lot. They neglected to mention the major hail damage it had acquired that didn't get reported on the car fax report and they just so happen'd to oversee when they inspected the truck and neglected to tell me about. I noticed the hail damage on the hood and they were "kind" enough to replace it. It took them a full 31 days to find a new hood for this vehicle and call us in to replace it. I should mention that in the 31 I owned this vehicle and inspected it further I noticed many small dents, scratches and indentations that were concealed from me upon initial purchase. Oh, and they refused to provide me with a second key and to assist me in the set up of the my key system. Also the hail damaged extended to the roof of the vehicle, which they refused to replace. With all of this I thought it would be wise to purchase a bed liner to extend the life of my bed on my truck. Little did I know they would put in a used bed liner and the service dept, would install it improperly. Thank god there is a life time warranty from Ford on it, otherwise I would have seen it as a waste of time and money. I will never purchase from Metro Ford OKC again. More
