Best Experience I had only intended to stop and look at cars and start in my quest to get a newer vehicle. I was not sure what I wanted so I stopped at the first deal I had only intended to stop and look at cars and start in my quest to get a newer vehicle. I was not sure what I wanted so I stopped at the first dealer I saw. It was Metro Ford and I saw something I wanted. I called them because no one had come out to see if I needed help and they called me back to ask if I could be served. It was refreshing that they got back to me so fast. It is the way to make a sale.....ask the potential customer to give you a chance. Even though I was not going to buy, I went to the location and talked to them. It was one step after another and all of a sudden I was driving the car I had interest in.....I was driving home. The financing was great for my circumstances and I was offered a great warranty even though the car was used (practically brand new if you can call 16000 miles and 2 years old a "used" car). The new smell car and all and I am so pleased on how respectful they were. I would recommend them to anyone I know. More
