The best vehicle purchase I ever made. I first worked with Andy Corby and then Anthony Gibson. They worked together to make my car buying experience easy and satisfying. I am sixty-six and have purchased around two dozen new or practically new vehicles. This purchase was refreshing and completely different from any other car buying experience I have had. These guys stayed with the price we agreed to earlier and made all of the paperwork clear to understand. They answered all my questions and worked to get me every discount possible. I am convinced I could not have purchased this vehicle at this price anywhere else. The car was ready to go when I was finished and all the bells and whistles were explained. They have even stay in touch with me to answer any questions. I wholly recommend these guys and Metro Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car, SUV or truck. More

He was patient with my questions and needs and made the experience fun with his witty sense of humor. He is still working with me to make sure I get all that I should since purchasing my brand new car...my first new car. The internet manager, Josiah, was also very polite and helpful in making sure I got a fair price. My experience is never 5 stars when I have to buy a car, but this car buying experience has been better than most, and I will recommend others shop here. More

I was unable to get the issues with the back up camera and tailgate locked handles prior to leaving the dealership. The next day, nobody could be reached. I had to research the issue myself and fix it. Nowee spent a little time with me at delivery not nobody could answer questions after that or be reached. I do live at distance so I couldn't just drive there. The vehicle was not prepped well for delivery. Overall though, these guys were willing to work deals nobody else would. More

The Manager of the trade-ins was also great, no games, gave me the price then and there and stuck with it. All around, cannot stress enough the pleasant experience I had. Paperwork at purchase is a little redundant and useless....might want to actually review it and perhaps change a few things, but minor in the overall picture from walk-in to drive-out. More

I promptly received an email from a salesman at the dealership. He wanted to introduce himself and know what we were looking for to ease our search. We set an appointment with the dealership to come look around. The day of the appointment we received an emAil from him to thank us for setting time aside to come look. When we arrived we asked for the nice salesman from the email, Matthew Danuser. He was extremely friendly and polite. He actually remembered our conversations and had some options already in mind for us. He quickly and efficiently had us fill out some paperwork and showed us around the lot. Instead of just pushing us to the most expensive truck, he thoroughly showed us ALL our options. He wasnr pushy and listened to the likes and dislikes of the vehicles we looked out and helped us find the perfect one for us. He made us feel comfortable and wr didn't feel rush. Once we picked out our vehicle he got the ball rolling and we were out of there in no time. Mr. Danusar even showed us how to fully utilize all the cool new features of our new truck including all the buttons on the steering wheel, connect our phones, and set the new keyless entry passcode. Mr. Danuser made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone going to Metro Ford the request him! Metro Ford is lucky to have a dealer like him.
