These guys took the time to listen to my requirements and my budget and they went to work providing me with several options. They not only found a way to get me into the vehicle that met all of my requirements, but one that exceeded my expectations. Nick was extremely knowledgeable on the different models and all of the features of the vehicles I was analyzing. These guys, even after the sale and contract was final, took the time to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. They invited me and my wife back and walked me through a demo and setup of all of the special features. There was only one set of keys with this vehicle and when I asked them about another set, they checked and confirmed there was only one set, HOWEVER, they didn't stop there. Nick actually called the previous owner and asked if they had the other set, for which they did and they arranged to retrieve the extra set for me. Additionally, the Finance Team was very good to work with as well... They made the process very quick and painless and they were all great about accommodating my schedule as I had limited time. Overall, I could not ask for a better experience and will be recommending this dealership and the team I worked with to all of my friends and family. Hassle Free I am a repeat customer. I wanted to give them a shot at adding a vehicle to my commercial fleet. I visited Josiah whom then set me up with a salesman I am a repeat customer. I wanted to give them a shot at adding a vehicle to my commercial fleet. I visited Josiah whom then set me up with a salesman named Javier. I explained that my time was limited and that I was not going to haggle price and do the ol' go back and forth. I made a fair offer just over invoice. They had to bring my vehicle in from another dealer and did so within 3 days. When I picked up the vehicle there was one minor descrepancy and they handled it right on the spot. I was then sent to the finance manager Brian who was fabulous and very helpful. I never felt once that it was me against them and that is rare from all I have ever experienced or heard of. I would highly recommend giving this dealership a shot at your next purchase. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and will look forward to using Metro Ford and Xavier to get that done. More

(Lesson learned) although the price was fair, we were lied to and gave the run around several times concerning the detailing, ozone and promise to compensate for trips made over three times for their lack of competency and overall hassle. We were more than accommodating for them (giving them the asking price, purchasing an extended warranty, driving 30 min one way three times, each time finding out they didn't do what they said they would and even trying to give us the wrong truck.) We only asked for the same respect that was giving to them! More
