Unorganized among each other None of the employees communicate with each other. We were told a different price for a vehicle by the Internet salesperson, the lot salesperson and None of the employees communicate with each other. None of them knew what the other had quoted as far as price for the vehicle. All different quotes. So when we settled on the lowest quote we were told no by a manager anod had to haggle with him. We were told we were given a wrong quote. he did finally accept our offer but we were told the vehicle we agreed to buy was actually a different vin number and different vehicle. when we get to financing it starts all over again and we have to change the price we agreed upon on the paper work. Once again haggling over the cost. Get ready to battle and read over every word on the paper work if you are financing through them. More

I recently wrote a review about my experience buying a Camaro and I was told that FAA picked up my credit loan so I drove the car off the lot and a month into owning it got a letter from FAA saying they politely had to reject my request for the loan. Turns out I was never really approved and then they kept doing inquiries on my credit even after I took the car back and got my trade-in back. More

Forget the stereotype, Metro Ford really does stand out!! Man, I seriously can't speak highly enough about my experience in buying a new car from the man: Matt Danuser (backed up with full support from Jason Man, I seriously can't speak highly enough about my experience in buying a new car from the man: Matt Danuser (backed up with full support from Jason Stewart & Josiah O'Connell!)!! Matt saw me looking at cars and asked if I needed any help, to which I replied, "Not yet." He said just let him know if I needed anything - no pressure at all. Then, when it came time to ask questions and start dealing, Matt was as genuine and down-to-earth as they come - no gimmick sales pitches or pressure to pick a certain car. I had previously been to three other dealerships before coming to Metro Ford and had left all three in somewhat disgust - completely the opposite feeling dealing with Jason, Matt, Logan, and Josiah!! No hyperbole, whatsoever!!! Search them out when on Metro's lot!! More
