Last fall Metro service said my daughter tires were not worn enough for replacement today thay said she did not have the tires for life. WOW!! More

2017 Titanium Escape We knew what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and how we wanted to finance. I'm not sure I've ever had a better experience buying a new car than what we had with Metro! They found what we wanted, gave me the price I wanted to pay, and came up with incredible financing! Javier Bravo was wonderful, and had a lot of patience with my wife, that the car was for. I met with Illiana briefly, but she was very instrumental in finding us the RIGHT Titanium Escape my wife was shopping for. The manager was very friendly, the Fiance Guy was awesome and great to work with, and we felt absolutely NO PRESSURE! We will refer our friends to Metro, and it will be the first place we shop next time we need a vehicle. Excellent!! More

Went in to look at a F150 because of an "online sale price". I found a an F150 with an online sale price that appeared "too good to be true". They did have the vehicle, for the price in the add. However, "I" ha I found a an F150 with an online sale price that appeared "too good to be true". They did have the vehicle, for the price in the add. However, "I" had failed to read the fine print, and did not desire meet the requirements of the advertised price. I made a counter offer, it was not accepted. I believed we parted as friends. The salesman I dealt with was named "Matt". Matt was courteous, respectful and never tried to pressure me into anything. Matt explained the process and introduced me to his sales manager who explained his position, also in a respectful manner. Although I did not buy a vehicle this time, I will recommend them to others and consider them in the future. Overall a pleasant shopping experience. More

Great Experience! I went in to see about an air bag replacement under a recall, and ended up driving out in a new car instead. Overall, the experience was 100% no hassle, great staff, quick (in and out in a couple of hours). My sales guy was Lee Green. Far from a boring regular sales guy, he's enthusiastic and really cool to deal with. After all, I came in for an air bag, and drove out in a new car. This guy deserves a raise! John in finance was great too, and found me a much better rate than I thought I qualified for. All in all, 100% fantastic experience. Will recommend and return. Cheers! More
