Our first phone contact was with with the GM Shannon Black who answered the phone when we first called. Shannon took my information and then Metro's Joshua Henderson promplty called us back (within five minutes). We gave Joshua the vehicle info we wanted, gave him the changes and addons we wanted, and told him when would be by to pick up our truck. That was on a Saturday. On Monday, Mr. Henderson called us back and confirmed everything was good to go and we picked up our truck on the coldest day in over ten years with (-) 10F chill factor. When we got to Metro, all our phone requests, (addons, pricing, prep) was EXACTLY like we had discussed over the phone and we sat down with Mr. Henderson to complete the purchase details, which took less than half an hour. We waited a few minutes more for some final detailing on the truck and then finished off the puchase details with Eric in Metro's finance dept. and spent about a half hour with him closing the purchase. I can honestly say that in over four decades of buying new vehicles, this was the easies purchase I have ever made on a new vehicle. What we got was EXACTLY what was agreed on over the phone, nothing changed when we got to Metro, and EVERYTHING we asked for and agree on was complete with zero confusion or second guessing about anything. When we got to Metro (again (-) 10F) we were greeted by a very friendly and courteous employ who pointed us to the coffee bar and restrooms. Everyone we talked to and had business with were courteous, polite, professional, and genuinely friendly people. We got what we asked for, what was promised, and couldn't be happier with our Metro Ford F150 purchase. We were IN and OUT of Metro in less than two hours - A FIRST! If you are in the market for a new F150, make sure you give Metro a chance before you buy. They are one of the largest volume dealers in the OK, TX, NM, KS, AR region. Highly recommended! More

2017 Ford F150 buying from Colorado Springs I want to thank Landon, my sales representative that I have been working with along with Eric in finance for helping me from a distance on the logist I want to thank Landon, my sales representative that I have been working with along with Eric in finance for helping me from a distance on the logistics of nailing down a vehicle purchase while I am in Colorado Springs. There have been some challenges through no fault of their own but I look forward to overcoming this hurdle and their continued professional service. Buying experience was better than I expected I just purchased an 2017 Mustang GT. I was between several brands and type of cars to decided on. Arturo Deloera was a patient man. Over a month after I inquired, Art kept a nice mix of follow up and inquires with me as I narrowed down my choices. In the end, Arturo was a good business agent for Metro, knew his product, how to treat a customer and frankly - and what we both had coming to the table. Art and I negotiated a good deal and I had a easy transaction in purchased and pickup. Not many sales associates stick with a customer without loosing interest or becoming way to pushy. Arturo did the dealership and Ford a great service and expect he'll have other customer think the same. My only reason for not scoring Excellent is that I haven't experience service at this dealership yet. I take my car back to the dealers, so I will update after oil changes / tire rotations. More
