Extremely unorganized This dealership will sell you a vehicle and take your check but will not follow through on their commitments. Drove from KS to pick up a new truck. This dealership will sell you a vehicle and take your check but will not follow through on their commitments. Drove from KS to pick up a new truck. Truck had not been cleaned and I had to clean bith exterior and interior when got home. Noticed the owners manual was missing the day after I picked it up. Contacted the salesperson Kirk and he stated he would get it in the mail that day. 10 days later, no owners manual. Upon inspection of the truck at the dealership multiple rock chips were identified. It's a shame I have to write a review like this because I encountered several people who were very nice, however Kirk is so unorganized it's scary. More

I first came upon metro ford when looking for a 2017/2018 ford fiesta and saw that they had the lowest prices for them ( new or used) so I started reviewing them and will admit that I was hesitant given all of the negative reviews; however I decided that It couldn't hurt to give them a gander. So I started corresponding with Javier Bravo about getting a new 2017 ford fiesta and he assured me that it would be waiting for me upon arrival... and it was indeed waiting for me! I did as much research as possible and came prepared with all the incentives and offers that I knew ford was offering and metro ford ( though unaware of them) still honored them and gave me an even better deal than was expected. The whole transaction was extremely smooth and though it took all day; it was well worth it! More
