Laughable Service Department Find a better option, this place is awful. Went in for an oil change on a newish F150, no history of problems whatsoever. During their review, they determined that "it has a leak in the system, but we can fix it under warranty". I would know if it had a leak (no leak), but I thought "whatever - they are scamming Ford, not me". Takes 2 days to "fix", i drive out and - you guessed it - NOW it DOES have an oil leak. So I took it back in. Their genius service guys say "can't find a leak", even though I'm adamant that it's leaking 2-3 ounces every time I stop. After 2 days of failing to find the leak, i drive it home - and the check engine light comes on because of....low oil pressure. So they go in and fix this leak (another 4 days). A couple days later, it develops a horrible knocking sound. After taking it back in, they determine that the spark plugs are blown, and they'll have to replace the fittings to - because they seem damaged (wow, I wonder why?). Bottom line - I spent $1500 and 11 days in the shop, so that their service department could ruin the engine on a 2 year old truck. More

Bad Business Practice Extremely shady Sales tactics I was inexperienced in buying a car I will admit, but I'm not ignorant. They tried their hardest to get me approved in buying a car worth $19000.00 fo I was inexperienced in buying a car I will admit, but I'm not ignorant. They tried their hardest to get me approved in buying a car worth $19000.00 for $35000.00. They was nice as heck through the process of course. But they lied to 4 different credit companies had me sign 3 almost 4 different contracts and then acted like it was my fault I had the vehicle for 3 months with no payment. I walked away from it. I would not spit on this company if they were on fire. Through the saling phase they wouldn't even tell me what I would be paying for the car just what my monthly payments would be. When I asked the buying price they said "lets not worry about that you it will be X amount each month and that is what matters". They finally came down on the price but I'd rather go somewhere that has good business practice. In the end my credit is 2 points worse and Im without a car and down payment since I traded my old car in for the one I walked away from. Pretty much trying to make me pay for their shady way of conducting business. It really makes me angry. More

Shady sales tactics This dealership has been one of the worst ones I dealt with. I am not sure why they would be so blatant with their pricing tactics. I’ve communica This dealership has been one of the worst ones I dealt with. I am not sure why they would be so blatant with their pricing tactics. I’ve communicated with this dealership for around a month now. We have been just to far off on price. I finally went in to their dealership because they advertised $20k off on their leftover 2018 Roush Mustangs. I was emailing back and forth with Arturo Deleora. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me, but after I used the bathroom, he disappeared. After waiting around for him for about 15 mins, I just had them get me someone else. I don’t remember the salesman’s name but he was great and I have no complaints with him. The issues came down to their false advertised pricing and some shady sales tactics. First off, they just tried to show me a payment range. They first came at me with $1100 a month with $4k down. That’s it. They didn’t say how much for my trade. They didn’t say how much for the car they were selling. Just showed me some outrageous payment with a line for me to sign on to agree with. So I told the salesman no. I need the above mentioned info. Now the price of the Mustang msrp was around $45k. The roush addons put the msrp around $59k. This is evident on their website. But on their website, they are advertising $20k off, with the sales price of $39k. But what they tried to do when I asked them for the cars price, is say that it’s $39k plus $10k for the roush addons. They were trying to spin it that the $59k msrp, did not include the roush addons. When it’s pretty obvious to see that it does. These are the dealerships you have to watch out for. They use their website to advertise $20k off the car, when they have no intention on taking $20k off. They also offered me $18k for my car, when mine is worth closer to $20k. When I brought up the pricing issues to the salesman, he was very confused about it. He kept going back and forth to the sales manager, trying to get explanations to my pricing questions. But the manager just kept sending him back to me. He never came in the room to explain anything. Probably because they knew I caught their bs tactics and it wasn’t going to work with me. I would be ashamed of that too and not want to confront someone about those tactics either. Watch out if you decide to deal with this dealership. Shady shady business here. More
