Price not as Advertised My father and I drove an hour and a half to this dealership to buy a truck they had advertised for $36,998. We had previously called and spoken with an employee named Joel about this price and were told that the only requirements to get this price were that we would need to finance through Ford Motor Credit and we would need to be trading in a vehicle. We were told that the value of the trade in was not already considered in the advertised price and that the price would be adjusted once the trade in was evaluated, we further clarified that that meant if our trade in was worth nothing that the price on the vehicle would be $36,998 and we were told that was correct. We scheduled an appointment with Joel for Friday evening, then before starting the drive Friday we called to make sure the truck was still there which it was but we were told that Joel would not be available to help us and that we would be meeting Chris Derrick instead. Chris was very helpful however we were misled because the first offer that was made to us was above the advertised price by $3,500. When we asked about this we were told it was because the truck we were trading in was valued too low. When we described our conversations with Joel we were told unfortunately Joel wasn't there to speak with but we must have misunderstood him because the advertised price definitely included a $4,000 "Trade In Allowance". We continued to try and negotiate with the dealership but at no time were we able to speak with Joel, a Sales Manager or anyone that could explain why we were lied to. I would not recommend going to this dealership unless all other options have been exhausted. More
Extremely disappointing Took F-350 in to have the rear brakes looked at. After three business days we called to see what Metro could tell us. They hadn't got to it yet but called back that night to tell us it needed this and that and it would cost $1200. Told them we couldn't afford that and went to pick it up the next morning. Of course it was $125 for diagnostic work which sounded fair since that came out to only $40 a day for the time it was in there being diagnosed. When we got it back and tried to get the rear wheels off ourselves the lug nuts were on so tight we had to soak them overnight with WD-40 to be able to get them off. We were using an impact wrench. No one can tell me that wasn't done on purpose. More

It was so bad!!! The service department was to do oil change on my mustang!! They didn't put oil in my car so my engine blew 4 miles away, I'm extremely mad and upset. Last Time I Will Ever Be in Metro Ford I was told I had a bad a/c Compressor and all of my a/c lines had holes in them cost of $2,372 to repair. Finally the 30 minute close Coy and team did as I expected and met my requirements. Yes you would have thought I was the customer. Paperwork took under 30 minutes and door to Coy and team did as I expected and met my requirements. Yes you would have thought I was the customer. Paperwork took under 30 minutes and door to door just a couple hours including my test drive. Jason, the GM, executed his side of the deal and Coy was one of the best car reps I have been around. Thumbs up from this guy. More
