Perform the Works! I went in for the Works, oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. They took my car on time of appointment. They came to explain they had problems starting the car and I needed a new battery. I agreed. They were extremely good keeping me informed of delays and issues during my stay. Only issue, as I drove off the lot my front tires were making a loud noise. I called immediately and took car back to dealership, only to find a nail with washer was in the front tire. How this happened? My tires were installed 3 weeks prior to service call and I now had to replace a tire. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. More
Not very honest and sales guy doesn't follow thru Long story short was told vehicle passed a safety inspection. Upon my inspection at my work. Front tires 0/32 inside and showed cords, rear tires 3/32, air filter FILTHY and original, oil slightly dirty so we changed that. Stripped out drain plug...? WOW 30K? When my wife and I got the car it was raining and our daughter want to ride home in it. Which would not have happened if I knew the tires were that bald. Also only provided a 2 page car fax report when the actual document was 6 pages indicating what appears to be hail damage on the top but was "mostly fixed" (I can find small dents with the correct lighting). (I printed my own copy at work). Now after asking for the inspection results. The finance guy has somebody bring new contract docs for me to sign which were all the same except one new piece of paper indicating they never reconditioned the vehicle. (I checked my originals as soon as I got home for this document and was not there). I called the sales guy again around noon asking why this was and where my I inspection results were. Was informed he would have that to me in 15 minutes. It's now 12 hours later and no call back! More

Was sold car different than advertised Went in to buy a used 2012 ford F250 with 6.7. I have never owned a diesel, after the test drive we went to finance and I saw that it said 6.2L on th Went in to buy a used 2012 ford F250 with 6.7. I have never owned a diesel, after the test drive we went to finance and I saw that it said 6.2L on the paperwork, I told the finance manager, thats wrong, its supposed to be a 6.7 Diesel, he said they have a new computer system and its sometimes wrong. I should have stopped and verified right then, but I did not - drove the truck home (Was a saturday), got in it monday and started digging around and find out it *WAS* the 6.2 gas engine. I went back to the dealership and they said there is nothing they could do about it. I should have checked more, but I didn't... The Salesman knew what I wanted (We had a long talk *IN* the truck during the test drive about why I needed a diesel and how much pickup the truck had because it WAS a diesel). He even went to get gas while I was in finance!!! More

The sales staff was informative without being pushy. We had an honest negotiation on price and found a workable deal. The finance process was informative and helpful. Our only quibble was that the process took a little longer than we would have liked (we had kids waiting at home for us). Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we got a great deal. I'd recommend anyone buying a car to give Metro Ford a chance to earn your business. More

After test driving the car, we negotiated the price and fairly quickly came to a mutually agreed upon deal. Dealing with Zack in finance wasn’t quite as pleasant, but not really bad at all (the extended warranty spiel, ya know). Overall the experience was pleasant, much better than some of the experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. More
