I fully feel like my review explains how my visit could have been better. I also fully believe that the general manager doesn't care one bit about my experience and he definitely has no desire to rectify the situation or put me at ease. If he did or does want to do that, he has my number. But after speaking to my salesperson during my last visit there's clearly nothing they would be willing to talk about, which was evidenced when the salesperson literally ran away during our conversation of how I felt about my experience. What happened to me, I'm sure, are the day-to-day operations of a shady and underhanded car dealership which were likely implemented by the general manager himself and/or the owner of the dealership. Besides, either way, I would be shocked if they took my call. All this to say that I fully feel taken advantage of and tricked into my "deal" and I plan to use my available freetime going forward to rate, review and share my story on every platform I can find so that future potential customers know what to expect when dealing with this dealership.
