After the sale Got a vehicle a few days ago. Everything and everyone was great until after it was mine. Had a problem which was normal, nobody's fault. Went in to se Got a vehicle a few days ago. Found out the person I was waiting on had left. Saw another who was good. May have left a pair of gloves in the waiting room or in Finance person's office. Have tried three times to call and have left messages, haven't heard back. Just want to know about my gloves. Seems like after the sale is made, they just don't care. Maybe I'm expecting too much. More

I heard a Chevy on order and told him if he could sell me on his product I would change, he did and I did. Zero pressure dealing with him but his knowledge of his product was impressive. He never tore down other manufacturers he just sold me on the Ford. No haggling on the price. I also dealt with Brian Chan on delivery and he was equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership or Chris and Brian. More
