Great Experience! I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and Brian Chan was waiting for me and he definitely was the most knowledgeable salesperson I had experienced in my search for a Mustang. He took the time to show me and explain to me the differences between the Mustangs and performance differences as well. He was never pushy just informative and helpful. I highly recommend going to Metro Ford and seeing Brian Chan for any of your automotive needs. More

Giving 5 stars because everything worked out in the end, thanks to the GM and Sales Manager Robert Scott. My Sales person was an experienced car salesman, but brand new (of which he kept reminding me) to Me thanks to the GM and Sales Manager Robert Scott. My Sales person was an experienced car salesman, but brand new (of which he kept reminding me) to Metro and I was his first sale. He had not been trained on Metro’s specific processes to begin the financing process so he couldn’t tell me what the documents were that he was asking me to sign. He kept having to go ask someone. Plus, he shared just a bit too much about his personal life and how much pressure he was under to make a sale. He needed to just shut up, listen to my wants and concerns, and be more confident. But, shame on Metro for not making sure he was fully trained and not just throwing him out to sink or swim. More

How dealers get your attention! After spending hours and hours of looking for great deals on a trucks basicaly anywhere in the united states ( my wife and I love road trips) I came After spending hours and hours of looking for great deals on a trucks basicaly anywhere in the united states ( my wife and I love road trips) I came accross Metro Fords (OKC) ads on AutoTrader. The specific truck we were looking for was a Ford Raptor and if you were to go onto AutoTrader and put in new 2019 or 2020 Ford Raptor you would have ample to choose from specially from Metro Ford. I have called on many ads and for the most part the prices quoted are the prices I would pay less doc fees. I did learn that many dealers don't tell you the hidden costs which usually are related to financing. So with that said I came across ads from Metro on a few 2019 f150 Raptors and what caught my eye was the still in inventory new 2019's for a very good discounted rate. I had found several other ones for good discounted rates (specially because of our scare with the coronavirus) but the color and options was perfect so I called Metro. I was passed onto what I thought was a salesperson I then proceeded to tell her the truck I was interested in she pulled it up and said yes it was still available. I asked if the price listed had any room for more discount she said no and then I asked if I could pay cash or did I have to finance it through Ford to get that discounted price (because that was brought to my attention by most of the previous dealers I had made inquires to)? Then I asked if I had to finance the entire purchase or could I put some cash down? She put me on hold then came back saying I could on put as much as 6k down. I then told her let's get the deal done and she took more information from me and that she would send me the information needed for the financing part of it. I said great and I said I would fly in and pick up the car also and to see if I could pay for clear bra and undercoating as well. Make a long story shorter I finally had to call her back to speed up the process because I wanted to fly out the next day because I needed to get back. She sent the link to us for the credit we filled it out and sent it back. We communicated back and forth via text for some other information. We got updates shortly after on our credit monoritung through american express that an inquiry had gone through. Then we received a call from the new car manager wanting to discuss somethings about our purchase and didn't take long to figure out the price quoted was not the "actual" price. So basically if you were to read their entire AutoTrader ad ( I made copies of) you would be hard pressed to find anything that says the advertised price is not the actual price. BTW I have had so far 4 people look at the ad for me of which 3 of them are in the car business and could not find anything other than saying some dealers are very deseptive in their ads. The manager first didn't think I was telling him what happened until I told him I had text messages and that he should put the sales person on the line with us he said he couldnt do that but would go speak with them. Minutes later the salesperson phoned back and stated that she was the internet person and that she did tell me that price but forgot to tell me that it included a 6k trade in credit (How that works is they give you a value for your car subtract 6k and then that 6k is reflected as a discount on their Autotrader ad...absolutely no mention of that whatsoever). I proceeded to say that I was upset and now we have an inquiry on our credit report. She then asked me if I had any cars I could trade in ( I have several) I gave her two options of car between 20 and 35k but I told her I know how the game works and I still would not come close to getting their advertised deal that they told me a firm out the door price on before I applied for credit. She said they would run the numbers on my car and get right back to me. Hour later manager called me back saying that he was waiting for bids back from a couple dealers because my car were such "high end cars" and they don't inventory those type of cars (you kdding me 20 to 35k and the truck Im looking at has a sticker of 75k). Enough of my sob story my point to all of this is more people need to start complaing about dealers getting away with so many miss leading ads and I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one this happens to and probably on a daily bases. Believe me I have better things to do but I finally had to draw the line and if you have a chance look at Metro ads and in my option so many misleading prices I would have no problem if they would at least tell you how that is broken down and at a bare minimal when you call them get it right then. I could of let it go but doing the inquiry on our credit and now effecting us somewhat is not right and I need to vent ha! More
