Engine light issues My engine light came on so I took it in to be looked at. After running the test, there were 3 parts that had to be replaced. Even though it was rath My engine light came on so I took it in to be looked at. After running the test, there were 3 parts that had to be replaced. Even though it was rather expensive, it is now fixed and hopefully my car won't have any other major issues for a while now. Knock on wood! Denise kept me informed and took very good care of me. When I stepped in to Metro Ford, I felt valued and welcomed. The team was genuinely helpful without being fake or overbearing. The best salesman you could encounter is Chris Derrick . . . he was honest, personable, and did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I wanted and tried to understand what I needed from my work and lifestyle. I have not had a moment's regret about my new F250 or the price I paid, and will not hesitate to visit or recommend Metro Ford. More

terrible experience, very little communication i found a used truck online, talked with a salesman several time over the phone and discussed the price. i was going to buy the truck so i talked to t i found a used truck online, talked with a salesman several time over the phone and discussed the price. i was going to buy the truck so i talked to the finance manage several time and discussed exactly how much money i was bringing for the truck in the form of a two checks. like i said the finance manager knew exactly the amount i was going to pay and knew what to expect when they received the check. i also discussed how much per mile it would cost to have them bring the truck to me and figured up the amount exactly. once i received the truck i found a goo scratch mark and a chip in the windshield that i had repaired that ended up cracking all the way across. they had a small piece of duck tape over the crack to hide it. when i gave the delivery person cash for the trip, they informed me that i was off on the price meaning i needed to pay them more. i said no, thats not the numbers we discussed, she didn't care and let me go. 1 week later i got a call from Metro stating they didn't receive enough money for the truck even though they knew EXACTLY how much the checks were for on several different occasions of speaking with the finance manager on the phone, i told them no im not paying a dime more, i talked to the finance manager again to figure out what was going on and he said there were docking fee and other fees that i had to pay for. this was another $500, and he began to tell me they cannot send out my title until that was paid. let that sink in. terrible dealership!!
