Took the time I thought I was having an issue with my backup camera and wasn't sure if it was because of water getting into it or not. The service manager took the I thought I was having an issue with my backup camera and wasn't sure if it was because of water getting into it or not. The service manager took the time to spray it with a hose full force on it for like 5 min to see if it might be causing it. They found no problems but took the time to see if they could recreate my concern and told me if I had any problems to give them a call and bring it back. I have worked with JJ looking to buy a car and JT. I would highly recommend working with those 2 people they are great. More

Excellent execution of the work and follow through. At first I was discouraged by the first few conversations about by car repair and the lack of being able to secure a loaner car for my wife and two yo At first I was discouraged by the first few conversations about by car repair and the lack of being able to secure a loaner car for my wife and two young sons. After a few calls, I spoke to Troy and he was slightly dismissive of me which made me slightly upset but I ended up sending my car up to the dealership and from my wives account she was very pleased and was able to be put into a loaner (very important for some people by the way). After the vehicle was fixed the service and costumer service teams were excellent and Troy turned it around for me. I will do more business with Metro in the future. More
