I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price.
