Received the payment form to place a deposit, and before I could even fill it out and send it back, she sold the car from under me. She never once told me someone else was interested or put any urgency on getting the deposit processed. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. Prices are fair at best, and their customer service and experience is garbage. Do not buy from her and do not work with Ana Sandoval. More
