Rocky After Sales Experience but Sales Manager Saved the Day Second Update: I went to the dealer and the sales manager Rob was able to help me out and clear the confusion of what had happened. Somehow the check got lost and was never cashed and another check was sent out to them. I still feel like if I would have not gone and met with Rob this would have dragged on, but he was able to help me out and I thank him immensely for that. Update: My trade in has not been paid off after almost a month and my payment is currently due. I have been given the run around for weeks and i have been patient but no one seems to want to resolve this problem. When i traded in my vehicle, I specifically told them I had some credits that were pending to be applied and refunded to me. I'm still almost 3k in the hold waiting for the trade to be paid off in order so I can get my refund. The sales process was not bad, but aside from that everything else has been a nightmare. From not paying my vehicle on time to their service department. Sergio Sanabria really helped me out and went above and beyond to help me with my new truck. The finance manager Luis is a delight to work with. Very straight forward and honest. They definitely earned my business. More
