I called in to Metro Ford for a nice F150 and Alex McDonald took over after a lot of back and forth with an agent and he was fantastic every step of the way. “Terrible experience with Metro Ford Miami, especially with Gabriel, the Internet salesman. I was interested in purchasing a car they had in stock and called for week trying to get answers. Gabriel and the team constantly told me they would call me back but took days, sometimes to respond. It felt like they had no interest in selling the car. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that was this unresponsive and unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent here. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time, avoid this place!” And even when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they never transferred me to a store manager or a supervisor worst customer service that I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.
