Very excellent and fun experience! Love them! The people at Metro Ford are the best. This is my third purchase at this dealership, and George Indelicato has taken care of us for all three Fusions The people at Metro Ford are the best. This is my third purchase at this dealership, and George Indelicato has taken care of us for all three Fusions that I have purchased. He is very friendly and helpful and not at all a pushy salesman. He listens and answers questions very clearly and helped me set my blue tooth up for my phone! The little extras like that go a long way! The service department is wonderful as well. Paul Young was very nice and helpful in the finance department explaining everything to me in and easy to understand way. I will see no reason to ever go anywhere other than Metro Ford for any future purchase! I purchased my third Fusion today! More

Arranged for my son's car to have brake work performed at an estimated cost of $350. Additional work was identified bringing the total bill to $1400. With this additional work, the dealer informed me that I would have to pay in person. The price for the original scope of work could be paid over the phone. I was not informed of this payment requirement until after the work was performed. I am 83 years old and could not drive that far. They would not let my son leave with the car to come get me, so I had to call another son who lives 30+ miles away from the dealer to drive over during rush hour to pay on my behalf... This type of customer service is what i would expect from a fly-by-night organization - not one that Ford has selected to represent its brand. More
I purchased a set of 4 mischlin tires which cost over a thousands dollars and when I picked up my vehicle the tires were dirty and my rims were left smugged and dirty. I think if I spend this kind of mon thousands dollars and when I picked up my vehicle the tires were dirty and my rims were left smugged and dirty. I think if I spend this kind of money on tires the least that they could do is send them out the door clean. I have done alot business with them and expect more than this. I may think twice next time on doing business with them. More
Brent: went out of his way to see that my wife's car was in a safe operation with 4 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment.
