George Indelicato went the extra mile to put us in the "right" vehicle. We started out looking at Certified Preowned Cars due to a previous Ford product I purchased in 2008. With all the great rebates going on in Truck Month George found us a new 2013 F150 100 miles away that fit our needs and budget and came with a 100000 mile drive train warranty since it was truck month. We have bought MANY cars over the years, and I must say this was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. It wasn't the easiest situation to deal with since we were trading 2 vehicles in for 1, but th this was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. It wasn't the easiest situation to deal with since we were trading 2 vehicles in for 1, but the guys at Metro Ford (George Indelicato, Dave Barber, John-accessories, and Rick-finance) made it happen without any hiccups. Honestly, dealerships are not my most favorite place to be, they tend to take hours, waste time and not listen to the customer about what payment they need to be at - by bringing back these ridiculous offers that are no where near the specified payment from the customer. So naturely I was expecting the same from this dealership. WOW! I must say, they did none of the things I was expecting. They got straight to the business at hand, which was to sell us a vehicle. They didn't waste our time with nonsense, the entire visit was rather short which was great. When it came time to discuss the numbers they were actually listening, because when George came back with the first offer it was very close to where we said our payment needed to be. This is where other places would have come back with an offer several hundreds of dollars above where the customer needs the payment to be. John and Rick were also great. My husband was able to get everything done to the truck that he wanted at one time. We do not live close to this dealership (90 miles round trip), Dave Barber gave us a loaner truck and told us to keep it until our truck was completed. It took a couple of days to get everything done on our truck, but because we had the loaner truck, we were able to do our regular weekly routine and not be without a truck. We got our payment where we wanted, GAP insurance, all accessories my husband could ask for, and an extended warranty for the full term of the loan, and most importantly one of the BEST buying experiences we have ever had!! I've said a lot, not much more I could say other than "Thank you all at Metro Ford for this wonderful experience". We will definately recommend your dealership to family and friends whenever they are in the market for a vehicle. More
I negotiated the trade-in and sales price ahead of time with Paul. They were the only dealership that worked with me this way. Coming from out of town, I didn't want to waste a trip unless the deal made with Paul. They were the only dealership that worked with me this way. Coming from out of town, I didn't want to waste a trip unless the deal made sense. Paul was very easy to deal with and not high-pressure. Although the finance step was a little long, the guy was upfront and didn't try to sneak in extras (like many other dealerships). Having the deal already worked out is just an easier way to do things. Overall it was great experience and I will return. More

George is amazing! He went above and beyond for me in my purchase of a Ford Taurus. As a female car buyer most salemen try to take advantage of females by pressuring them into cars or treating them as they purchase of a Ford Taurus. George went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was interested in. He even offered to show me other models they had on the lot. George and his manager Emery made sure to get a payment that was comfortable for me. I never felt pressured by the numbers they were showing me. I told them what I could afford and they made it happen! Out of several dealership visits, Metro Ford was amazing with my trade in and was actually a couple of thousand over what all the other dealerships were offering me. I will definately go back when I am ready for another car. And I will DEFINATELY recommend Metro Ford to anyone that is looking for a car. A HUGE THANKS to George and Metro Ford!!! More
I had been to another ford dealership 3 weeks ago to trade my 2012 Ford Edge on a 2013 Ford Edge with a few updates. I have been going to that dealership for several years and was very disappointed whe trade my 2012 Ford Edge on a 2013 Ford Edge with a few updates. I have been going to that dealership for several years and was very disappointed when the salesman did not seem as if he wanted to sell me a car. What's up with that; isn't that his job? There was no car on the lot that I either liked or could afford. So I went home and got on-line and saw that Metro Ford had the vehicle I wanted so I went there to see if I could make a deal. As I was driving through the lot Casino George happened to be walking by and I asked him where the Ford Edges were located. Even though he was carrying several items and his hands were full he took the time to point me in the right direction and then came over to help me. The car I saw on-line was not an AWD as I thought so George and I discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told George all of my must haves and made an appointment to come back on another day after the Fourth of July holiday; that would also give George time to see if he could find some differnt options for the vehicle I was looking for. I came back to the dealership on July 8th and George was there waiting. George found several options for me in my price range and took time to go over all of the different options on in each vehicle to be sure that I understood what I was buying. George was always very patient and friendly even when I didn't think I was being offered enough for my vehicle in the trade. At one point I thought the deal was going to fall through because I owed more on my vehicle than I thought I did, but George kept working on the deal and we finally got to a payment I was comfortable with and got the exact vehicle that I wanted! I will recommend Metro Ford to any one looking for a new vehicle. George was fantastic! I beleive if it wasn't for George I wouldn't have a new car. I go pick it up today; can't wait! Thanks George!!
