When I finally went to Metro Ford, I spoke with Garett Gibson. His knowledge, friendliness and easy-going manner made my decision a lot easier to make. Garett answered all my questions, was patient with me, and was very down to earth and went out of his way to get the Metro Ford staff including himself to extensively search for what I was looking for. Garett and the Metro Ford staff made my buying experience very easy and pleasurable. I had gone to 4 other area Ford dealerships and Metro Ford seemed to be the only dealership that actually cared about me as a customer buyer and Garett made sure of that. Garett Gibson and Jason Bills both went out of their way to work with me and found me a great deal on my dream ride. They found my 2015 6 speed, stock GT Mustang in another state and they had someone responsible go and pick it up, and got me a great deal. My experience with the other dealerships verses Metro Ford was like night and day. Garett and his team was also nice enough to follow me and drive my original vehicle back home for me (not a trade in). Since then, he has kept in touch with me to make sure everything is good. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out Metro Ford and ask for Garett. Thanks. More
