What a great mistake. Last year, my wife and I were test driving a vehicle from another dealer and mistakenly turned into the Metro Ford lot instead of the intended one. We explained, with a little embarrassment. Well, George didn't even bat an eye when he told us he could get us a better deal. HE DID! That was almost exactly one year ago. We returned to upgrade my wife's vehicle but ended up with a beautiful 2014 Ford F150 XLT, with much thanks to Jeffery Watson who introduced us to this truck that I am in love with. In fact we received a better deal than was originally quoted. This kind of service is nearly unheard of in this day and age where 'getting' the most is more important than 'giving' the best. Metro Ford is one very classy dealership. Just like Arnold says: "I'll be back!!" More
