What a great mistake. Last year, my wife and I were test driving a vehicle from another dealer and mistakenly turned into the Metro Ford lot instead of the intended one. We explained, with a little embarrassment. Well, George didn't even bat an eye when he told us he could get us a better deal. HE DID! That was almost exactly one year ago. We returned to upgrade my wife's vehicle but ended up with a beautiful 2014 Ford F150 XLT, with much thanks to Jeffery Watson who introduced us to this truck that I am in love with. In fact we received a better deal than was originally quoted. This kind of service is nearly unheard of in this day and age where 'getting' the most is more important than 'giving' the best.
