Great place to shop. Metro Ford is the ONLY dealership I will go to for buying or having service done on my vehicles. I have purchased 5 or more vehicles from Metro and al Metro Ford is the ONLY dealership I will go to for buying or having service done on my vehicles. I have purchased 5 or more vehicles from Metro and always drove away satisfied that I got the best deal around. Great group of people to deal with, everyone is extremely helpful and straight forward. The sales department is top notch and DOES NOT try to sell you something that you don't want. They WILL however do their absolute best to get you into the vehicle of your choice at a fare and reasonable price. They really go above and beyond. Eric Phillips is probably the best (and most fun) sales person I have ever dealt with. Honesty is most assuredly his policy. The service Department at Metro is probably the best I've seen anywhere. Fast and reliable. They will do you right. More

Once we came to the conclusion that we wanted to go with Ford, Metro Ford was the place that stood out for us the most. This is mainly because of the employees that worked with us to get what we needed. Our sales person was Garrett and he treated us very well throughout our whole process! He was very polite and professional with us and he really knew his stuff! He wasn't pesky about anything, he told us anything and everything we needed to know about the vehicle!
