Only went in to look at a Ford Flex! On Labor Day my husband and I went into the Metro Ford Dealership to look at their used Ford Flex's. Upon arrival we were met with Ronnie Vargas. Wh On Labor Day my husband and I went into the Metro Ford Dealership to look at their used Ford Flex's. Upon arrival we were met with Ronnie Vargas. What a nice guy! We asked him if we could look at the used Blue 2014 Flex. He went off and got the keys and we were off. Before we got back from our test drive I knew my husband was in love with this vehicle. Ronnie answered all of our questions and went over all of the features of the vehicle. It was everything and more than we ever wanted in a vehicle. We put in a contract right away. It was just traded off so they hadn't had the opportunity to service the Flex. We came back the following Saturday for delivery and boy did it look like it was Brand Spanking New! We finished up with the paperwork. Ronnie helped us get everything set for us to drive away. This was the most awesome experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I cannot express how much this dealership is so Helpful and Friendly. Not just Ronnie.... Everyone was amazing. If you ever are looking for a new or used vehicle please consider going to Metro Ford! Garett was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for a better one!! He was very laid back and funny and most of all VERY knowledgable about the cars. He even called us a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was fine and we were happy. When we decided on a car, the whole process was easy and smooth.
