Service department I stopped to have my tires checked because the low tire pressure light was on. I thought they would check them and add air. Instead they took picture I stopped to have my tires checked because the low tire pressure light was on. I thought they would check them and add air. Instead they took pictures to make sure there were no dents on all four sides of my car and put it up on a rack. 1 hour and 20+ minutes later I am told there was nothing wrong with the tires and they added air to them. The tire pressure light went out. I went to the cashier office and had to pay $11+ dollars. While I am waiting for someone to tell me where my car was so I could leave, a black ford suv pulls in and says their tire pressure light is on. The service desk man checked his tires and added air to 2 of them and the driver left. I asked why they did his for free and on the spot and I had to wait for mine and pay for the same service. I was told I might have had a nail or a slow leak so they needed to check mine. So I ask the obvious....why didn't you check his? The service man had no answer. E vidently they think and treat women like they are idiots. We have bought multiple vehicles from them and each time I have used their service in the last 3 years I am disappointed. It was my LAST time for service at Metro Ford in Independence. More

Metro Ford took the frustration out of buying a car. I want to thank our used car salesman for really listening to the details of what I said we wanted. He quickly identified having two cars on his lot I want to thank our used car salesman for really listening to the details of what I said we wanted. He quickly identified having two cars on his lot that had the options and price I requested. He said he had a third car but it was $150.00 over the price I gave him as a max. He didn't want me to think he was being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the options on the vehicles and even assisted on some of the programming. After getting the car home I called back about an issue I found and had the full support of management and the service department to take care of the problem. A big thank you. More
